Terms & Conditions

Picture Perfect Pressure Washing Service Agreement This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Picture Perfect Pressure Washing ("Company") and the undersigned customer ("Customer"). By signing this Agreement, Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Services Provided: Company agrees to provide pressure washing services as described in the agreed-upon estimate. Services may include, but are not limited to, house washing, driveway cleaning, deck cleaning, and other exterior surface cleaning.

 

2. Payment Terms: Customer agrees to pay the total amount as stated in the estimate or invoice. A deposit may be required before services begin. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

3. Customer Responsibilities: • Customer shall ensure that all doors and windows are properly sealed before service begins. • Customer shall remove fragile or valuable items from the work area. • Customer is responsible for ensuring that water sources are accessible for service.

 

4. Limitation of Liability: • Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to cracks, loose paint, or deteriorating surfaces. • Customer understands that certain surfaces may react differently to pressure washing and acknowledges potential risks. • Company will take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage, but Customer agrees that Company is not liable for any incidental damage.

 

5. Weather Conditions: If inclement weather prevents service, Company reserves the right to reschedule at the earliest possible date.

 

6. Cancellation Policy: Customer may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

7. Satisfaction Guarantee: Company strives for complete customer satisfaction. If any issues arise, Customer must notify Company within 24 hours of service completion for corrective action.

 

8. Indemnification: Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

9. Agreement Acceptance: By signing below, Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and acknowledges receipt of the service estimate.
